These Terms govern Texas Tycoon, its online services, and the Triad Wealth LLC website. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The service
Texas Tycoon is an Austin-themed property strategy game for iPhone. Local game cash, properties, upgrades, scores, and cosmetic displays are entertainment features and have no monetary or real-property value. The initial commercial release is intended only for the United States App Store storefront.
Accounts and eligibility
Core local play may be available without an account. Sign in with Apple is required for online purchase, premium ownership, and verified leaderboard features. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Apple account and device. A parent or guardian must authorize use or purchases when required by law. Account deletion is available in the app and described on the Account Deletion page.
Texas Coins and cosmetics
Texas Coins are limited, non-transferable, cosmetic-only virtual currency. They cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another player, or used to improve income, properties, attempts, scores, multipliers, or leaderboard rank. Cosmetic availability and presentation may change as the service evolves, subject to applicable law.
Payments, taxes, and refunds
Eligible purchases open Stripe-hosted Checkout in the device's browser. Texas Tycoon shows the coin quantity and subtotal before leaving the app. Stripe shows the final total before payment and handles payment details. Taxes may be added or included as shown at checkout. Purchases are governed by the Refund Policy and any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Fair play and acceptable use
Do not cheat, automate gameplay, tamper with replay or purchase records, exploit defects, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, harass others, or use Texas Tycoon for an unlawful purpose. We may reject invalid events and restrict online access when reasonably necessary to protect players or the service.
License and ownership
Triad Wealth LLC grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Texas Tycoon as permitted by these Terms. The app, artwork, code, names, and service content remain owned by Triad Wealth or its licensors. References to real places identify geographic landmarks and do not imply sponsorship or ownership of those places.
Changes and availability
We may maintain, update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will use reasonable care with paid cosmetic access and provide notices or remedies when required by law. Network features may be unavailable during maintenance or events outside our control.
Disclaimers and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Triad Wealth is not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent such limitations are permitted. Texas law governs these Terms without waiving consumer protections that apply where you live.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date when we do. Material changes will receive additional notice when required. Questions may be sent to Triad Wealth LLC.
