This website

This website does not use an account system, advertising, analytics, contact forms, or tracking cookies. Visitors are not asked to submit personal information through the site. Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time, to deliver and protect the website.

Information you provide

If you email Triad Wealth, we receive the information included in your message, such as your name, email address, and the details of your question or request. We use that information to respond and maintain an appropriate record of the correspondence.

Mobile application data

Texas Tycoon keeps a local copy of core game progress on the player's device, including property progress, game cash, scores, settings, avatar appearance, and equipped items. Core local play does not require an account.

If a player uses online features, we process an account identifier from Sign in with Apple; verified gameplay events; leaderboard scores and rank; wallet balance; cosmetic ownership, equipment, and counter contributions; and purchase status, transaction references, and a receipt email when supplied during Stripe Checkout. A receipt email is used for payment support and is not proof of account ownership. We do not request your personal Apple Account email; Apple may use a private relay address. Public leaderboard names are generated by the service. Texas Tycoon does not offer free-text public profiles, chat, or profile-photo uploads.

Online services

Texas Tycoon uses Sign in with Apple for authentication, Supabase for account-backed game services, Stripe-hosted Checkout for eligible U.S. purchases, and a hosting provider for this website and checkout-return pages. Payment-card and bank-account details are entered directly with Stripe and are not collected by Texas Tycoon. Apple, Supabase, Stripe, and the hosting provider process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure our website and apps, provide requested features, save or synchronize account-backed progress, verify leaderboard activity, process purchase status, respond to support and privacy requests, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

When information is shared

We share information only with service providers that perform work for us, when required to comply with law or protect users and the company, or as part of a business transaction involving Triad Wealth. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for third-party behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

Local game data remains on the device until it is reset in the app, removed through account deletion, or removed with the app. Account-backed information is retained while the account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service. When in-app account deletion succeeds, Texas Tycoon deletes the Supabase authentication account and associated game profile, verified progress, leaderboard, wallet, purchase ledger, and cosmetic records. Stripe, Apple, and other providers may retain payment, fraud-prevention, tax, or security records when required by law or their own legitimate obligations.

Receipt contact and delivery details stay in our recent purchase records for seven days, then move to a private archive on the next hourly maintenance run. We delete this extra support copy after two years, or after account deletion on the next maintenance run. An open payment case may extend the two-year period until it is resolved. Minimal ownership records remain available while the account exists so signing in again can restore owned cosmetics. An email address alone cannot restore or transfer a purchase. Payment providers keep their own records under their policies.

Your choices

You may choose not to use optional online features. To delete an account, open Player → Account → Delete accountin Texas Tycoon and complete the Sign in with Apple confirmation. This permanently removes account-backed game data and returns the app to a new local guest profile. Deleting the app alone does not necessarily delete an online account. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or help with deletion; we may need to verify your identity first.

Policy updates and contact

We may update this policy as our products and legal obligations change. The effective date at the top will identify the latest version. Questions and privacy requests may be sent directly to Triad Wealth LLC.
